sirloin stir fry

Ingredients

    1 lb of sirloin cut into small strips
    1 yellow pepper sliced into strips
    1 red pepper sliced into strips
    1 red onion sliced into rings
    1 zuchini cubed or quarterd
    1 yellow squash cubed or quarted
    8 oz fresh green beans
    2 fresh tomatos or 4 roma tomatos
    3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

heat 2 tbsp of oil in large skillet. brown your meat then remove from pan. add 1 tbsp oil to pan. add veggies in order of how long each needs to cook. once veggies are done to your liking add meat back in. add tomatos for just long enough to warm them.
