Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1.5 cups milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon mixed herbs
    2/3 cup breadcrumbs
    3/4 cup onion finely chopped
    1/2 cup grated nuts (optional)
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    1 teaspoon marmite
    1/3 cup gluten flour

Tips

You can use lite milk, soy milk, almond milk if you wish.
To make this a little more moist you can put into the mixture 2 teaspoons melted margarine or butter but not necessary.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and put in a baking dish for 20 minutes in a mod oven

Serving Size: 24 2 in pieces
