Introduction

Try this for a filling spicy meal. Try this for a filling spicy meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Large Head of Cauliflower
    3 Garlic Cloves
    1/2 Cup Labneh
    1 Small Red Onion
    1 Chili Pepper (to taste) I use 7 small Thai Chilis
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions


1. Chop the chili(s), garlic, onions and cauliflower.
2. Boil the cauliflower for 20 minutes until very soft.
3. Place the cauliflower, labneh, and onion into a food processor and puree.
4. Put the pureed mixture back in the saucepan and add the chopped garlic and chili(s).
5. Slowly heat and add the labneh.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve.


Serving Size: Makes 4 1 cup servings.
