Spinach and Sausage Soup

Submitted by: VYERED2

Introduction

Amazing Soup. Perfect for a cold day. I usually buy a 1 or 2lb tray of ground Italian Sausage, not the links. Makes it easier to sautee! Also easy to freeze, prep everything except the spinach, and freeze in bags. When ready, reheat and add spinach! Amazing Soup. Perfect for a cold day.
