Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1/2 cup
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1/2 - 3/4 cup to preferred texture
    Coconut, raw, 1/4 cup, shredded, unsweetened - sprinke on top and push in to hold
    Chocolate Protein Powder 1 scoop
    Psyllium Husk, 1 TBSP

Directions

mix ingredients and press into glass dish; sprink coconut on the top and press to hold. Cut into small squares.
