Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or bison, grass-fed
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 can of chopped green chili
1/2 can pumpkin
1/2 6oz can tomato puree
1 plum tomato chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Tips
Directions
1. Heat Dutch oven over medium high heat. Cook onions and carrots until soft and then add garlic and brown for a minute. Add the ground beef and brown.
2. Add remaining ingredients and water (if necessary to thin). Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
