Black Bean Corn Salad

Introduction

Saute frozen corn slightly (use fresh in summer but still saute it slightly) combine all ingredients/ lemon juice, garlich chopped fine and salt n pepper to your taste.

This is easy to double / triple etc... great at room temp or cold.

    Beans, black, .5 cup(remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 tbsp chopped(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp(remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.25 cup kernels(remove)
    Olive Oil, .5 1tsp(remove)
    Garlic, .5 tsp(remove)
    Parsley, .5 tbsp(remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yields(remove)
