Unstuffed Cabbage

Ingredients

    1lb ground venison
    .5 cup white rice
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1/4 cup ketchup

Tips

Service with sour cream (not in calories) and apple sauce

I use healthy request soup, but was unable to find it in the database so calculations are made with regular soup.


Directions

Brown ground venison - when done stir in uncooked rice.

Shred cabbage and place in the bottom of a baking dish.

Top with meat mixture.

Combine soup, water and ketchup. Pour on casserole

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-75 minutes until hot and bubbly and rice is cooked.
