Ingredients

    1 Orange large Fresh
    1 medium Banana Fresh
    3-4 Large Strawberries
    10-15 Blueberries Fresh/Frozen
    10 Raw Almonds
    4oz Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain,
    1/2 Water

Tips

Substitute any fruit to your taste. You may take either the yogurt or almonds and still have your protein.
