Introduction

Use milk instead of soup Use milk instead of soup
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 6 oz can of tuna - drained,
    2 cups of noodles- cooked and drained
    2 Tbs butter (I substitute with light butter with canola oil)
    2 Tbs chopped onion
    1.5 cups of diced mushrooms
    frozen peas
    1 cup nonfat milk
    dash pepper
    1 cup grated mozzarellacheese

Directions

1. Saute onions lightly in butter. Gradually stir in soup and milk.
2. Add 1/2 cheese, tuna, salt, pepper, and celery seed.
3. Mix in macaroni.
4. Spray casserole dish with fat free cooking spray and pour the mixture into the dish.
5. Top with breadcrumbs
6. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serves 5-6.
