Apple Raisin Nut Crisp (DF)

Ingredients

6 small Granny Smith apples cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Tips
Optional: Top with Greek yogurt and cinnamon agave not calculated in nutrition
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Spray a bread pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine the flour, raisins,nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Set aside.
Put sliced apples in a large bowl.
Pour the flour mixture over the sliced apples and toss to coat.
Pour mixture into bread pan.
Bake @30 minutes till apples are tender
Serving Size: makes 3 large helpings
