2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup ice cubes
1 cup Water, tap)
1 T Chia Seeds
1/4 tsp Glucomannan powder

You may substitute any fruit, fresh or frozen for the banana... making it new and different every time yet so filling with protein and fiber!
