Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c 2% milk
1 c lightly cooked broccoli
1 c mushrooms
1 c onion
2 oz extra sharp cheddar 2%
3 tblsp extra sharp cheddar
3 oz chicken breast
2 pieces cooked bacon
.5 silken tofu
2 tbls cream cheese lowfat
1 tbls butter 102
1 tbls olive oil 126
Tips
based on my intake for the day, if low enough I'll add couple tblsp of herb yogurt on top.
Directions
Blend tofu and milk till creamy, add eggs, and cheeses a pinch of salt and Mrs. Dash to your own taste.
saute onion and mushrooms lightly in butter and oil
add veggies and crumbled bacon to crust then pour milk tofu cheese mixture in. Bake 350 to your desired doneness.I like it soft so about 45min.
