Introduction

This meal is great...I call it comfort food for the soul. It's great as a left over too. This meal is great...I call it comfort food for the soul. It's great as a left over too.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
    * Green Peppers 1 cup, chopped
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    * 28 oz crushed/diced tomatos
    *Macaroni, dry, 2 cup
    * Salt, 2 tsp
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup

Directions

1.. Brown ground turkey
2. Add and saute celery, onion and green peppers until vegetables are tender.
3. Add salt and tomatoes.
4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Cook macaroni as directed.
6. Drain and add to meat mixture.
7. Fold in Parmesan cheese, Serve.
