Veg Beef Soup

Introduction

Using a Fresh Beef soup Bone Yum! Using a Fresh Beef soup Bone Yum!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    ! pkg Beef Soup Bones (Avg size package)
    1 pkg Bear Creek Minestrone Soup Mix
    1 pkg fresh whole mushrooms
    ! bag vegetables (your choice)
    Celery and Onion (if desired)
    Beef Stock, broth, or bullion
    season to taste


Tips

Use whatever fresh veggies you like


Directions

Put 8 cups water in a large soup kettle
add beef bullion, and beef soup bones
Heat and boil soup bones as long as possible (be sure to keep them at a full boil and add more water when the level starts getting low). The longer you can cook these the better.
Remove soup bones from water (Keep the water in the kettle) and let them cool. If theres any meat left on them wait to remove it until after they are cool enough to handle.
While they cool...
measure the leftover liquid in kettle and add water until you have 8 cups in the kettle.
Add all ingredients to the water, remove and add meat and bring to a boil.
Turn down the heat and simmer for 20 min
Let cool for 5 min before serving
