250 gr. oatmeal
50 gr. walnuts
60 gr. dates
45 gr. chocolate, 90%
20 gr. cane sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 vanilla pod
pinch of salt
2. Chop finely dates, nuts (I used walnuts and dates, but can use also another nuts and/or dried fruits) and chocolate.
3. Mix together all dry ingredients, add 1 vanilla pod and a pinch of salt and mashed banana.
4. Line baking pan (25x25cm) with baking paper.
5. Bake for 30 minutes
Makes 12 pieces of snack.
