Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw,
2 cans Tuna, Canned in Water,
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallion raw,
6 oz Fage Greek Yogurt, Plain,(you can use more or less)
    1 Chipotle pepper
    1 tsp Ginger Citrus Seasoning,
    1/2 of 1 Lime

Tips

For the Ginger Citrus seasoning, I use Victoria Taylor Seasoning. ( www.vgourmet.com or 800-403-8981 ) or in a separate bowl grate fresh ginger, lemon rind, orange rind, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, and a sprinkle of the fresh citrus juices from the orange and the lemon.

Directions

In a mixing bowl place 2 cans of drained tuna. Chop the celery and the scallions and place it in the bowl with the tuna. Chop one (or more to taste) Chipotle pepper, add to bowl. Combine the Greek Yogurt, Ginger citrus seasoning and lime, and combine it with the tuna and vegetables. You can use immediately ot chill for an hour or so. Enjoy!
