Indian Cauliflower Subzi

Ingredients

    - 1 cauliflower head

    - clove of garlic(minced)

    - thumbsize ginger(minced)

    - canola oil for cooking 1-2tbsp

    - 2 tomatoes diced

    - -1-2 potatoes(opt)

    - green peas(opt)

    - 1/2 tsp of:
    Ground yellow/ brown mustard
    Ground cumin
    Ground turmeric
    Chili powder

Directions

1. Cook garlic, ginger, and spices in oil
2. After a minute or two add yellow onion and soften
3. Add cauliflower and tomatoes and cook till cauliflower is cooked enough
