Introduction

Makes a full blender. Seven 1-cup servings per recipe. Individual servings can be frozen. Thaw in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir before drinking. It's like drinking a milkshake. Ingredients

    2 cups non-fat buttermilk
    2 cups sliced bananas, partially frozen
    2 cups diced and seeded watermelon, partially frozen
    2 scoops EAS whey protein powder (I used French Vanilla)
    2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
    1 Tbsp. finely grated orange zest
    2 packets Sweet n' Low, Equal, etc.

Directions

Place buttermilk, ground flaxseed, orange zest, whey protein, and sweetener into the blender, then briefly blend. Slowly add partially frozen banana slices and watermelon chunks and pulse blender until all has been blended together. Pour into plastic drinking containers with lids and keep in freezer until needed.

Serving Size: Makes 4 12-ounce servings
