Introduction

gluten-free, lactose-free, low carb pancakes or waffles gluten-free, lactose-free, low carb pancakes or waffles

Ingredients

    1 cup ground almonds
    1 tbsp coconut oil
    1 tbsp honey
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions

Combine ingredient in blender until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Spray waffle maker or pan with canola spray. Prepare waffles as directed or set stove to medium low for pancakes and flip when begins to firm around edges
