Sauteed peppers and onions with chicken sausage

    chicken sausage with apple
    canned diced tomatoes with italian seasonings
    colored sweet peppers (green, red, orange, yellow)
    onions & garlic
    Olive oil


saute onions & peppers in olive oil until soft, add minced garlic and sliced chicken sausage and cook until sausage cooked through. Add can of diced tomatoes and simmer until warm. Serve over creamy polenta or sliced polenta rounds with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
