Ingredients

    2 T sunflower seeds raw
    1 scoop flavored protein powder
    1/2 c soy milk
    1 c water
    1/2 c old fashioned oats

Tips

Sometimes I substitute .5 c of soy milk with 1 c of skim milk, if you try this then use .5 c of water instead of 1 c of water.


Directions

Add powder and seeds and oats and liquids to blender and blend for 1 to 1 1/2 min, drink with a straw on the go.
