4 oz non fat cream cheese
1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
3 slices of bacon (cut in 4ths)
Gently pound out bacon to gain more coverage of peppers.
To crisp bacon you can broil peppers for a few minutes.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar and onion powder.
Fill pepper halves with cheese mixture.
Wrap each half in a 1/4 slice of bacon.
Bake in oven at 350 till bacon is cooked and cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 24 (2 halves per serving)
