Natural peanut butter granola bars

Introduction

No added sugar, no flour No added sugar, no flour
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup raw honey
    2 tbs molasses
    3/4 cup flax meal
    3/4 cup all bran ( or other crunchy cereal)
    3 cups quick oats

Tips

May have to add a cpl Tbs of water if too crumbly


Directions

Microwave peanut butter, honey, and molasses until smooth and melted. Combine rest of ingredients and press into 9x13 pan and cut into 20 bars. Let chill, enjoy!
