Introduction

Ingredients

    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 50
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 3 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 1.50 cup, packed
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 0.50 cup
    bob's red mill whole grain corn flour, 1 cup

Directions

Put everything in a mixer, and mix it until liquified.
Put it in a baking pan (9x9 inch) and put it in the oven with pre heat 400F

Serving Size: makes 12 - 2 inch pieces
