blueberry oatmeal muffins

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups oatmeal
    1 cup Chobani vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup stevia
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup blueberries for top
    2 eggs
    1/8 cup milled flaxseed

Directions

Blend all ingredients with a blender. I used an immersible blender. Fold in blueberries. Spray muffin tin. Add 1/4 cup of batter to each tin. Put a few blueberries on top.
