Low Cal red cabbage soup



Introduction

This is filling, healthy and easy to make! This is filling, healthy and easy to make!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups shredded red cabbage
    1 large yellow onion sliced
    1 8 oz can low sodium V8 juice
    2 cups cauliflower
    garlic powder to your taste
    black pepper to your taste
    any other herbs you may like
    add as much water as you need to cover vegetables
    2 wedges light laughing cow cheese ( optional)



Tips

you can blend the cooked soup in a blender if you want ...if I do this I add 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese to give it a creamier texture. YUMMY!!!


Directions

cut up all the vegetables and place in slow cooker...add V8 and enough water to cover the veggies...add spices...cook on medium heat for 4 hours or until veggies are tender...
