Flounder (fish), 12 oz (remove)
*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
White Wine, 1 fl oz (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
Rinse and dry fish. Place in a bowl
Mix mustard and wine and pour over the flounder. Let it marinade for 15-20 minutes.
Spray a cookie sheet
Place the flounder filets on the pan and cook for 7 minutes
Serve baked sweet potatoes
