6 large eggs
6 slices bacon
1 cup egg whites
1/2 cup 1% milk
1.5 oz cheddar cheese
This recipe will last all week in the refrigerator. Just microwave a square and breakfast is ready!
This can be eaten as is. My husband adds cheese and eats it. I will put a square into a bagel thin and eat it like a breakfast sandwich.
Serving Size: makes 12 squares
