Ingredients

1 medium sized sirloin, cut into half inch thick strips
Half cup flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon pepper
One large onion chopped
A few garlic cloves about four to five crushed into each bag
One green pepper sliced
One red pepper sliced
2 16 ounce cans of tomatoes, I prefer Italian style
2 tablespoons of beef bouillon
4 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons steak seasoning
2 tablespoons steak sauce
Directions are : toss steak strips in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Mix together the bullion, Worcestershire sauce, and steak sauce and divide evenly into bag. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low eight hours.
Tips
This is for about 4 servings. Prep and freeze half of the veggies for next time!!
