Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 16 oz. Package of Turkey Burger
    2 14.5 oz. Cans of Diced Tomatoes
    2 15.5 oz. Cans of Red Kidney Beans
    1 6.5 oz. Net Wt. Can of Mushrooms (drained)
    1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
    1 Medium Onion Chopped
    1 Chili Seasoning Mix
    1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Cook turkey burger until nearly cooked through and add chopped onions and green peppers. Stir and cook until veggies are tender. Add canned mushrooms and seasoning mix; sprinkle cayenne pepper, stir frequently while adding diced tomatoes; lastly add kidney beans and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Serving Size: 10.75 cups (1 cup serving each)
