Ingredients

    4 cups Triple Berry Blend, frozen
    1 cup Nanciy's Kefir
    2 1/2 cups Almond Breeze Milk, unsweetened
    4T Agave Nectar
    2T (one serving) Peatein (protein supplement)
    2T flaxseed

Tips

Great as a meal replacement. Very filling!


Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender, blend on high for a few minutes until blended.
