Introduction

This is what I had on hand. I usually use chicken or turkey.

Ingredients



    FRESH GOUND PORK 90% LEAN 10% FAT, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cans
    Beans, red kidney, RINSED 2 cans

    *Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 21 can
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp

    optional 1cup beer or red wine

Tips

I like my chili hot so I added much more cumin and chili along with pepper sauce 18


Directions

Brown the meat and drain. As you are browning season with some chili powder
Add onion and brown till soft
Transfer to the slow cooker along with all the ramaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hrs.
makes about 18-- 1 cup servings
