1 cup greek yogurt, plain
4 oz cream cheese, fat free, room temperature
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded, divided
7.75 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Spray an oven safe baking dish with cooking spray
In a bowl mix together yogurt and cream cheese, until incorporated. Stir peppers and 1/4 cup cheese, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Taste to see if you want more salt & pepper. Pour into prepared baking dish and Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Serving Size: 6 servings about 1/4 cup
