Rice Patties

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 c cooked brown rice
    1/2 cup ground pecans
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 egg
    1/4 t. sage
    1/4 t. salt
    1/4 c bread crumbs
    1 jar mushroom gravy

Directions

mix all ingredients together, form into patties and fry use a non-stick frying pan until firm and brown. Place in glass baking dish, pour gravy on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Serving Size: makes 16 patties, 2 per serving
