Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Leaves of Romaine Lettuce
    2 Tbls. low fat dressing (Newman's own Lite Sesame Ginger)
    2 Tbls. Glazed Pecans
    2 Tbls. reduced fat blue cheese crumbles
    1/2 apple, chopped.

Tips

Add other or additional greens. Add chicken for more protein. Substitute raspberry non-fat dressing. I love the glazed pecans, but you can reduce calories by using plain pecans.
