Breakfast Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

    12 oz bulk pork sausage (cooked)
    1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese. (Divided)
    4 large eggs
    2 cups 2% milk
    32oz bag tater tots

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Cook pork sausage, breaking apart and grounding it up, till fully cooked. Spread sausage onto the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spread 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the sausage. Mix eggs and milk together in a separate bowl and pour over cheese and sausage. Spread bag of tater tots over the top of the eggs and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake 45 to 50 mins, till cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Let sit for 5 mins before cutting. Serve with fresh fruit on the side (not included in the nutritional facts).
