Number of Servings: 2
8 oz Red Snapper (fresh)
2 TBS Red Onion diced
1 Small Tomato seeded and diced
2 TBS Cilantro chopped
1/2 cup Lime Juice
1/2 TBS Olive Oil
1 pinch of crushed red pepper
I use crushed red pepper flakes but you can use a aji pepper, serano or jalapino.
Cut snapper in small cubes place in non-reactive bowl (glass). Add lime juice and place fish in fridge for two hours. Take fish from fridge drain and mix the rest of the ingredients and serve.
