I have become a fanatic for non-fat plain greek yogurt. I use it instead of sour cream, mayonaise and even heavy cream in cooking. I can also use stevia in it and use it as a whipped topping on desserts! I made this to go with the crispy microwave chips, but I dipped red pepper slices in it and that was even better! Ingredients:
1 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbs. lemon juice (more or less to taste)
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning
pinch of dried basil
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate left-overs.

I based the nutrition on a 1/2 cup serving. So this recipe would make 2 servings. Obviously you can make more or less and eat more or less.
