1 cup mashed banana (about 3)
1 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cut into 16 slices when baked in a loaf pan each slice has less than 4 grams of fat and less than 150 calories.
Serving Size: Makes 16 slices in a loaf pan
