Hamburger Pie (1 cup serving)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    2 Tbsp flour
    3/4 tsp salt
    2 cloves garlic
    6 pieces bread, crusts cut off
    2 Tbsp butter

Directions

Brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Add flour & chili powder. Add corn & diced tomatoes. Add salt & garlic. Pour into pan.
Butter bread & cut into quarters. Top pan with toast pieces. Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Serving Size: 1/8 of a 9x9 pan
