Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c Egg Beaters (equivalent to 4 eggs)
    8 oz (2 c) 2% Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 can (13.75 oz) artichoke quarters, chopped
    1/4 c Panko or other bread crumbs
    1 tsp dill (dried)
    2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp oregano (ground)
    1/2 tsp salt
    Non-stick spary (such as Pam)

Tips

Serve with a salad for lunch or a light dinner.


Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 325.
2. Spray a glass 8x8 baking dished with non-stick spray.
3. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
4. Transfer to baking dish.
5. Bake about 25 minutes until set.


Serving Size: Makes 4 2x2 squares
