1 pkg Knorr Leek Soup mix
1 pkg Knorr Spring Vegetable mix
2 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
1 pkg Laughing Cow Spring Vegetable cream cheese
1 15-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c fresh spring onions, minced
1/4 c carrots, minced
4 oz water chestnuts, minced
1/4 c parm-romano-asiago blend granules

In a large bowl, combine both soup/dip mixes with 2 cups mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, and 1 pkg (8 wedges) of Laughing Cow Spring Vegetable cream cheese. Mix well.
Add finely minced chives, water chestnuts, and carrots, and stir to distribute evenly.
Finely chop the drained spinach and add to mixture. Fold in well.
Chill overnight to marry flavors.
Serve in a hollowed-out bread bowl (sourdough, pumpernickel, rye-n-pump, artisan herbals, King's Hawaiian), tearing removed center into dip pieces. Alternately, may serve in a party bowl with crackers or veggies.
