Ingredients

    3/4 c Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 c All Purpose Flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 TBS Splenda
    2 TBS Vegetable Oil
    1 Large Egg
    1 1/2 c Buttermilk, fat free
    1/4 c 1% Milk
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg

Tips


Directions

Mix all ingredients well until forms into batter. Use 1/4 measuring cup to make pancakes and cook on medium to low heat until cooked through.
