Great Northern Beans with Tomatoes

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1- 16 oz bag of Great Northern Beans or 2 C dried beans
    8 C Water
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1 14.5 oz. Can Petite Diced Tomatoes

Directions

Clean and sort beans. Soak overnight according to pkg. directions.
Boil beans in water with salt and pepper. Add onion. When beans are thickening up and nearly done add tomatoes. Stir and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 10-3/4 C servings
