Introduction

Like dirty rice but with quinioa- Good for leftover quinioa. Like dirty rice but with quinioa- Good for leftover quinioa.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    *quinioa (cooked), 1 cup (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

saute vegetables until soft add rinsed beans and quinioa and heat.

Serving Size: makes about 3 1/12 c servingw
