Ingredients

about 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & devained
2 cups pasta
1/4 cup white wine
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp basil
about 2tbsp butter
salt & pepper to taste
Tips
If using frozen shrimp, let thaw first.
Directions
Cook pasta as directed. Melt butter in skillet with shrimp. Cook about 2 mins. Remove shrimp from heat. Mix wine and lime juice in same skillet. Bring to boil and let reduce to half. Add shrimp back in. Add basil, salt & pepper to taste. Mix with pasta. Enjoy!
