Lenore's Pumpkin Pie

Introduction

Modified from the PA Grange Cookbook Modified from the PA Grange Cookbook
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 C Sugar Blend (Splenda-like)
    1/2 tsp Salt
    3 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice (or more for taste)
    15 oz canned Pumpkin
    1/2 C Egg Substitute
    14 oz fat free sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Heat over to 425
Buy or prepare a pie crust (I like to make an oil crust - makes it healthier)
Mix dry ingredients
Then add all others
Mix till smooth
Pour into crust
Bake ONLY 15 mins @ 425
REDUCE oven heat to 350 anmd bake 35 min more
