Chicken Biryani, 1 serving

Ingredients

    85 grams chicken thigh
    2 tbsp chopped raw onion
    .5 cup diced raw potato
    .25 cup chopped tomato
    1 large hard boiled egg
    1 tbsp canola oil
    .5 clove garlic
    2 tbsp chopped bell pepper
    1/2 green chili, de-seeded
    1.5 cup cooked basmati rice
    salt to taste
    water

    mix together these spices: and just use 1 tsp
    2 heaping tsp curry powder
    1 tsp cumin, ground
    1 tsp turmeric, ground
    1 tsp black lemon powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1/2 tsp ginger, ground
    1/2 tsp cardamon, ground
    1/4 tsp red chili powder
    2 Maggi chicken stock cubes

Directions

saute veggies add chicken and spices. add water

separate pan fry potatoes

boil egg

cook raw basmati rice to make 1.5 cup cooked rice

layer rice, chicken stew, potatoes and eggs cover with rice. steam 15 minutes
