Ingredients

Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 breast, chopped
Garlic, 2 clove
Curry powder, 1 tsp
Cumin, 1 tsp
Sweet potato, 1 large cubed
Parsnips, 2 cup cubed
Turnips, 2 cup, cubed
Rutabagas, 1 cup, cubed
Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
*Black Currants, dried, 0.25 cup
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Directions
Throw it in a pot. Cook until vegetables are tender. Even better eaten the next day when the flavours have mingled!
